I had a minor issue that needed to be fixed after service. I called and explained the issue. They sent 2 technicians out to review my car, check things out, and took my car back to the shop for additional checks. I was amazed by this terrific service and customer satisfaction. The 2 technicians were polite and courteous. I recommend Midas at Big Beaver in Troy. Excellent!

Jason and his crew are all awesome! They worked on my son's 1971 chevelle, and it is on the road again. We will definitely be going back because the work that he did was fantastic and the price was very fair!!! Thank you folks at Midas 16 mile and Dequindre Troy, MI.

Jason is the absolute MAN! I had already gone to another shop to get my A/C fixed in my truck and spent $100 for nothing. Took my truck in to Midas on Big Beaver and my man Jason diagnosed it and got it taken care of with no problem, saved me a lot more time and money that I didn't want to spend. Highly recommend them and appreciate their work

I was able to get my vehicle in on very short notice. As usual I was warmly greeted with a smile by Alicia. She and Jason the owner always treat me as a value customer. I've been coming to this service location for over 40 years and will continue to bring my cars here because they always treat me and my son right. Quality and service are excellent and at affordable prices!

I recently came in for an oil change, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and professional, and they got the job done quickly without making me wait too long. I also appreciated that they checked a few other basics and made sure everything looked good before I left. The pricing was reasonable, and there was no pressure to add on extra services, which I really value. Overall, a straightforward and reliable place for routine maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service!
